What to expect when working with me
Enquiry & First Meeting

Once you enquire, I’ll get back to you with my availability and complete pricing guide as soon as I can. In this email, I’ll invite you to schedule a virtual meeting, phone call, or even grab a coffee together. This is our chance to connect, discuss your wedding vision, and dive into the details. I’ll answer any questions you may have and guide you through the different packages to find what best suits your day. This conversation is crucial for us to ensure we’re a perfect fit—so don’t skip it!
Contract & Booking Fee

Following our meeting, I’ll email you a contract and official proposal. When you’re ready and feel “HECK YES!”, simply sign the contract. When you’ve signed, I’ll send you an invoice for the booking fee, 30% of your booking total. Once paid, your date is officially secured, and I’m officially your wedding photographer!

I promise, when you book me, I’m not going to go radio silence on you until your wedding day.
Catch-Up & Planning Meetings

A few months after booking, I’ll reach out to check in on your wedding planning progress. I’ll invite you to a virtual or in-person meeting to discuss how everything is coming together, review Pinterest boards, answer questions, and make sure you’re feeling comfortable and excited.
Pre-Wedding Photoshoot

Uncomfortable about being in front of the camera? Don’t worry - I’ve got you! I offer a complimentary pre-wedding shoot in Stockholm in some of my packages. You can also add it any time if it’s not included in your package.
This 30-minute session lets you experience what it’s like in front of my lens before the big day. You’ll receive around 30 images, and I’ll provide helpful tips to make you feel comfortable and confident on your wedding day.
Two Months Before the Wedding

Around two months out, I’ll send a detailed questionnaire covering everything from your timeline and important contact details to your formal photo preferences. This ensures we’re perfectly aligned, so nothing is overlooked.

I arrive early to scout for the best portrait spots and familiarise myself with the venue’s lighting. Once ready, I seamlessly blend into the rhythm of the day. I take an unobtrusive, documentary approach, capturing candid moments and intimate details without interrupting the flow. During portraits and group photos, I’ll guide you and your guests with natural prompts that keep the focus on each other and the joy of the day. From the big moments to the smallest glances, I’m there, capturing it all.

Delivery of your preview & gallery

Once the confetti has settled and the dance floor has emptied, I dive into curating and editing your gallery with the same care I bring to your wedding day. Since I’m the kind of person who gladly pays for express shipping, I work hard to ensure that you get a quality delivery without waiting for ages. You’ll get a preview within 3 days, and can expect to receive your full, curated gallery within 6 weeks - even during peak season.
Gallery review & Album

If you’ve ordered an album, I’ll invite you to a gallery review meeting where I help you select images for your album - a way of curating your album that’s less overwhelming for you. I then design, you approve, and I send the album for print. The delivery time depends on when you approve the final design, but I’ll let you know how long you can expect while ordering.

They’ll be briefed to ensure their work aligns with my style, and I’ll still handle the editing to maintain consistency. In the rare case that no replacement is available, you’ll receive a full refund within 30 days.

In most cases, travel fees apply when you’re getting married outside Stockholm County. You’ll get a full rundown in your official proposal.
