Intimate weddings are no less emotional, fun or beautiful than a traditional wedding; they’re simply more focused on what’s really important.
My never-ending love for intimate weddings
Considering that I fell in love with weddings in the Dublin Registry Office, my overall love for anything that screams personality and my appreciation for street photography, it’s no surprise that intimate city weddings hold a special place in my heart. Maybe it’s a way for you to legalise things before a big wedding, or perhaps you just really want to elope. Or, maybe, a short and sweet ceremony in Stockholm City Hall, followed by a festive dinner with your loved ones, is just what feels most like you. Whether you choose to hit a pub, book your favourite restaurant or have a party in the evening, I’m here for it. Intimate weddings and elopements are, in my opinion, just as amazing as a more traditional wedding. (If not more amazing.)
My approach
Much like any other wedding I photograph, my approach is purely documentary. I embrace imperfections, love odd angles, seek interesting details and never tell you to do anything for the sake of a photo. I let you be in the moment and truly enjoy your day - whether it’s just the two of you, or you choose to have your closest friends and family there.
Unlike some other weddings, my inspiration from street photography really gets to shine. I love capturing you and your loved ones in a vibrant city scene, a buzzing restaurant or loud pub. The combination of extremely well-dressed people walking by a construction site or hitting the street from a taxi, along with random people on the street shouting their congratulations, is some of my all-time favourite scenes.

If we’re a good match, I’ll send you a contract for you to go through. Once you’re ready to book me, you simply sign the contract. You’ll be invoiced 1-3 days after your wedding, and pay no later than 10 days after receiving the invoice.

Given my approach is pure documentary, I’ll essentially be an extra guest armed with a camera on your wedding day. I read the room, chat with guests and bring an overall calm and joyful presence. I’ll cheer you on alongside your guests and will do everything in my power to ensure that your day is amazing, while I document it in all its raw, beautiful, honest glory.

Of course, we’ll take some portraits- if you want to. Most couples opt to have some portraits taken. I’ll help with simple guidance, if needed - but mainly I’ll observe and capture how you interact with each other. I’ll simply let you be yourselves, while proving that you are not awkward in photos. The portraits never take longer than 30 minutes, but can also be done in under 10.

With 3 hours of coverage, this package is all about essentials and perfect for those chic, off-season weddings in Stockholm. I cover the ceremony, portraits and bits of your celebration - whether it’s at a rowdy bar or trendy restaurant.

+ A mix of both analogue and digital photos - I always opt for the medium that makes the most sense in the moment. Sometimes it’s digital, sometimes analogue, and sometimes both. All photos are delivered in digital format via a secure online gallery
+ Sneak peek within a week, full delivery within 6 weeks of your wedding
Half day coverage

Who is it for:
Perfect for intimate weddings, micro weddings, later ceremonies or couples who care the most about ceremony and cocktail hour
With roughly 5-6 hours of coverage, I cover the most important parts of your day: The ceremony, portraits (if you want them!), hugs, well wishes, your cocktail hour and the first half hour or so of dinner.

+ A mix of both analogue and digital photos - I always opt for the medium that makes the most sense in the moment. Sometimes it’s digital, sometimes analogue, and sometimes both. All photos are delivered in digital format via a secure online gallery
+ Travel within Stockholm and Uppsala is included
+ Sneak peek within a week, full delivery within 6 weeks of your wedding
+ Optional pre-wedding photoshoot: 30-60 minute photoshoot in Stockholm, where we get to know each other and you get a chance to be in front of the camera. You’ll get 30 images from the session.
